1.从佛山过去一个小时左右，但机场高速会塞，所以一小时路程也会变成2小时。
2.前台服务态度一般，去到1点，被告知还没有收拾好房，然后又去吃饭回来，快下午3点了，还是说没清理好，半天时间等于没了，又不能延长退房，总共加起一天时间都没。
3.卫生还不错，房间也比较大。
4.玩得地方很少，只有一些建筑可以看，泳池游下泳，没什么其他娱乐，只适合带小孩子过来只住酒店里。
5.吃饭的地方不多还贵，酒店有个桃园中餐，西餐意大利餐厅，自助餐118一个人，小镇上有个龙吧，吃个两人套餐也要200多，只有两肉类，四个面包，一个薯条，还不如吃自助餐。

非常的美环境，各方面都比较好。不过有一点，往山上的路开出现的“雍湖半岛”保安素质不高，行为粗鲁，我们逛过去换个心情，保安凶神恶煞，同时语言十分不友好，加之车上还有老人家在也是如此。告诉他我们是酒店这边的客人还是那样。旅游景区，安保人员得素质与五星级的配套不符合。希望酒店能够严肃对待此事，这让人十分的愤怒。
