设施完全没有维护，很破旧了…小镇房又小味道又大，果断带着孩子升级到水景房… 水景房相对好很多，但仍然有渗水现象没有及时修补好…
除了应该是大堂经理外其他员工的素质完全不像星级酒店的…
吃个饭收百分之十五的服务费，不知道为什么…盘子都没人撤…要不自己弄要不就要叫半天，昨晚大堂旁的餐厅坐了大概8桌人吧，但只有一个厨师

作为一家特色度假酒店 特色是做到了 比如欧陆风情的小镇建筑之类的 但是硬件虽然齐备却十分的缺乏细节 首先设施陈旧 倒也不是问题 但床单都有破洞
也太不应该了 住在小镇里的七号楼 没有开过窗的前提下 飞蛾 小蜘蛛 蚊子…简直是昆虫派对… 值得嘉奖的是服务态度不错 餐饮也不错 但服务意识不强
挂了请勿打扰还是不到10点就敲门问要不要搞卫生 总之孩子应该会喜欢这里 但是如果对酒店各方面有一定要求的话 如果酒店不作出改变 不推荐来

11:50办理入住，告诉我没房间要等，有房间了会给我打电话，15:40还没接到电话，等了4小时了，去前台问，前台说没接到电话的话还要继续等！我发飙了才勉强去给我安排了一个房间，请看图，请问这是个什么房？？？我900快钱入住的是这样的房间？得到的是这样的服务？很差，酒店需要反思

儿童设施可以，有儿童乐园，有泳池。可是室内泳池水不是恒温的，整个小镇里面没啥吃的，只有一个酒吧。硬件都比较旧了，这个性价比不高
