酒店整体环境不错，位置优越，出行方便。服务人员态度谦和，很有耐心。机器人南南超级可爱，哈哈～送来暖心的外卖，我觉得这点挺好！希望以后能赠送点小礼品或者纪念品，我觉得会更暖心^_^总体感觉很好，满意！

每次到南京 古南都酒店是首选 这次入住时黄友强经理接待热情周到，非常感谢。对面的先锋书店更是每次入住时必去的地方 有想读的书 和一些不错的文创产品 酒店视野开阔 晚上可以远眺南京夜景 很美

很小就听说南京古南都饭店很豪华，今年国庆节终于如愿住进了古南都。虽然经过了几十年，今天看来，酒店的氛围和装璜依然整洁高档，没有一点陈旧感，相反，却融入了许多现代元素，如机器人派送、大厅自动钢琴和房间电子坐便器等。保安，停车，大厅和房间后勤服务很耐心。大堂服务人员，好像是李若怡，刘宁菊等也很好，并没有刻意呆板的迎合，而是高雅，和蔼与专业，展现出六朝古都应有风貌。周边交通方便，有3路环城公交起点站。并且，酒店距离五台山体育场仅200米，早晨户外锻炼很方便。另外，国庆期间，酒店价格依然有平时的优惠价，这很不容易！表明很厚道！

感谢古南都饭店贴心服务，度过了愉快假期！10月一号和三号前台值班的小哥哥，细心礼貌又专业，虽然戴着口罩但是笑起来很亲切声音也好听，我记住你啦！非常感谢你和你的领导，遇到问题及时解决，在细小问题处理态度上体现老牌五星风度，帮忙升级了两个房间到行政层，很赞！另外要特别感谢客房服务的周高霞，鲁新华，认真周到。下次还会再来~
