总体上还是满意的 不过也略有不足 没有给满分因为在毛巾上发现了一根毛发 可能是清洗的问题 酒店略有陈旧 不过在其他方面完全得到了弥补 之前订了无烟房但是到的时候只有吸烟房了 因为旺季前台也建议我们先要了这间房 烟味肯定是有的 不过打了空调加上空气净化器也没什么问题 应该是日本老板吧 没有游泳池也可以是五星级 配有电子马桶 直饮水 樱花茶 樱花风铃已经各种樱花装饰 喜欢这种柔美的古典风格

特别是床很舒服，房间大小也ok，麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。卫生干净，细节处很用心，门童也很有礼貌，管家式服务也很好，有问题及时解决，细心周到。我觉得比一些老牌五星酒店还到位，性价比高。唯一希望在饮用赠水上能宽松一下，会更人性化。

念书的时候就经常经过，但还是第一次入住！前台帮升级到了景观房，可远眺南京城景。每晚还有水果赠送！mini吧可以每天拿两瓶饮料！早餐也很丰富，棒棒哒！拖鞋很有特色！房内设施维护得很好，服务员打扫得很干净，补充东西也很迅速到位！特别感谢服务过我的马汉萍、周宜琴、梁玉兰、韩树香四位服务员，对服务有求必应，亲切和蔼！下次还会继续预订！

入住南京古南都酒店的体验非常棒！位置就在网红先锋书店正对面！一看就是老牌星级酒店，服务绝对够可以！首先给我们升级了雅致房，看到我们带着小朋友办理开房时给小朋友赠送了贴纸跟小镜子，小朋友很开心！入住后机器人送来了儿童牙具还儿童拖鞋，孩子很惊喜！还赠送了青团，很好吃！卫生间马桶是带清洗功能的！非常好的入住体验！希望古南都酒店越办越好！
