本来订的是大床房，提前也给酒店打电话强调有孕妇，希望打扫干净特，特别强调是大床房，到了半夜后发现床中间有缝，仔细看下原来是拼接床，两个床，两个床垫上面铺了薄的垫子，晚上睡觉时给客房反映了，晚上12点了也没想到换，下次希望平台和酒店在入驻时可以明显提示下，要不这属于欺诈吧，按照消费者权益保护法得给三倍赔偿

艺考住的酒店!服务台的小姐姐卢沅林简直贴心啊!!!实名给赞!设施什么的都挺好的。那个机器人楠楠，说实话，一开始被吓到了-但是很可爱啊!古南都很人性化，点赞!

非常喜欢这家酒店。这是我住过的所有五星酒店里，唯一对我要求的服务有电话回访的，会问我我需要的东西送到没有。值得一提的是，我儿子腿擦伤，我问他们有没有碘伏，他们回复回去查看，如果有，会送过来！一会儿送过来两只碘伏棒，只需把一头折断，碘伏就会顺着管子滴到棉花头上，很方便卫生！大厅有机器人钢琴，还有会给我们送东西的蓝蓝！哈哈！不可说不可说！总之，萌倒我爸爸了！马路对面就是先锋书店总店，带着儿子看了一上午的书，全球十大最美书店，你值得去看！

老五星级酒店，整体来说位置很好，去哪儿都不远的，周边也比较安静，酒店的服务还挺热情的，设施稍微陈旧但也干净整洁，还算不错了
