酒店住宿条件很好，四层的小楼，房间很大，设施齐全，窗外园子风景优美，几列房子之间都是池水环绕，。早餐很好，但是赶上有一天人太多，居然没了座位，可见周末的住宿火爆程度。婚宴（住了两天赶上三起）、会议都有，很有人气的感觉。就在鲁迅故里风景区旁边，非常热闹的环境，酒店之中可以说是闹中取静。唯一感到失望的是隶属于酒店的“咸亨酒店”菜品实在不敢恭维，大食堂的水平，服务也是，价钱却不低，真是借着鲁迅的名义发财呢。
