这也算五星级酒店？除了位置很好之外，无论硬件软件均无法达到五星标准，无法与八百多的价格相匹配，更加无法与国际品牌的五星级豪华酒店相媲美。早餐不算少，但质量很一般，忙的时候做面条的服务员会把给别人做的面条给到你，记不住。也没有三文鱼、冰激凌什么的。酒店的好几个服务电话没人接，注北楼的客人需要穿过几个走廊才能到房间，尤其是去一楼，必须先上二楼才能坐另一部电梯才能下去，一楼没有门可以直接出去，可能是为了安全和管理方便吧，但是消防问题呢？一旦发生火灾怎么逃生？打开窗户能闻到外面民房做饭的味道，停车场昏暗拥挤乱停车的很多，还有怪味儿，地面尘土飞扬…总之，太多奇葩的现象，绍兴其实真的不大，去哪里玩都可以很方便，犯不着住这里。不会再有下次了…

酒店位于鲁迅故里景区旁，游玩非常方便。服务人员很贴心，会及时清理房间卫生和补充缺的用品，这次入住体验感觉很好，推荐大家入住。
