房间挺大的，但是设计有点鸡肋，二室只有一卫，而且卫生间马桶前有门吸，很难想象，敲到真的很痛，不建议老人孩子住
好在经理态度很好，虽然最后酒店给出的处理结果并不是最满意，希望能改进吧

我是温德姆白金会员，去年差4个房晚就到钻石，平时出差经常住温德姆集团的酒店，这次和家人来绍兴玩，也是看中温德姆和豪生这个品牌才选择，但是大失所望，这家酒店说实话，根本对不起豪生这个品牌，还不如有些地方的华美达，槽点太多懒得列，反正没有下一次
