酒店前台接待服务不错，总机有待改进。一楼餐厅门口的服务员礼貌意识要加强。总体感觉不错，但服务员还需系统化专业化培训。每晚送的甜品很温馨，点个赞。餐厅自助餐没有现磨的咖啡☕，第一天有橙汁，第二天没有，餐厅的食品品种有待提高，离五星的标准有距离。但酒店是值得向朋友推荐的。去主要景点很方便。

搬行李居然还自己搬，门口服务生跟没事的人似的，跟酒店的档次明显不符，早上自助餐跑去啥都没了，才八点多好吧，这么贵的房价还不如汉庭

酒店地段不错，算是鲁迅故里区的外围，国庆期间但凡星级酒店在绍兴市区的都要1000元以上一间，这个酒店门口有许多公交车，离许多景点就四五站路的距离，非常方便，性价比不错！

小朋友的房间算是一个客厅所以比较大，感觉比较空，小朋友一个人睡在外面比较不安心，如果有个隔层会更好
