早餐很好，到10点还能延后一会。客房干净整洁，服务很贴心。连着住了两夜，非常舒服，不愧为老牌五星酒店。推荐！

看网上的评价不错 就定了这家酒店 确实性价比挺高的 希望房间能安静一点的 前台的小姐姐就给我们安排了一间 很好 第二天早餐是自助的 种类挺多的 吃的很饱 下次来还住这家酒店

一进酒店大门，可真是气派哟，大堂又大又高，又明亮，不愧是柯桥最早的五星?，大堂的壁画很是精美。我也算是这里的常客了，隔三差五就回来，为什么我会住这里呢，我和这里的好多大堂工作人员都成好朋友了，她们对人都很热情，特别用心，印象最深刻的是我第一次入住退房后，有衣服遗忘在房间了，总台的工作人员打电话通知我的，因为当时我赶时间，已经在回去的路上了，最后他们还主动提醒我可以帮我寄回家，哎呀，他们的服务真棒好。给他们点个赞??感觉他们酒店服务是柯桥最好的，不，应该是绍兴市最好的??????

第二次入住富丽华。位置很好很好，吃东西的地方也多，我特别喜欢马路斜对面的那些食店！房间的设施简洁，床很舒适，早餐也好，很有可能再来住哟！

卫生超差。回来过敏了。酒店装潢有点旧，还有点不合理，可能外国人住的多，所以性价比非常低。晚间工作人员较差。只能现金无法微信支付宝。哎很不好的体验
