设施老旧，房间实际与旅行网照片不符。房间里还有流水声，都不知道什么情况。马桶也不是智能的，五星级酒店没有浴缸第一次碰到，洗浴用品一闻味道就知道是劣质产品，浴巾还是破的，有个洞。比天马差好几个档次。跟凯世赛车场酒店一比，简直一个天上一个地下。

很老的五星酒店了，设施装修都老旧，这个大床房的床很奇怪，两边倾斜的，订了3间都是这样，睡得很不舒服！希望酒店有所改善！地理位置离商场近，但也因此停车位爆满，叫我们住宿的客人停到路边收费，要等到9点以后才能停进去！
