房间非常宽敞舒适。其他酒店难以找到这样大的客房面积。 酒店地理位置非常方便去罗湖口岸，周边吃饭方便，酒店自己的自助餐饮也价格公道。 酒店设施虽然不新，但卫生和维护相当好。 赞扬酒店前台的Vena。 门童们也都很热情，服务周到。 满意就又多住了4晚。

非常满意的入住体验。 在深圳过春节，在这个酒店过的很舒服，愉快。 中餐厅口味很好，价格小贵，但值得。 酒店的前台，客房服务人员，餐厅人员，特别是门童，都是非常有礼貌，服务到位，比福田的更高端的5星酒店服务都到位。
