非常生气，由于可能是订错时间原因，当日房间根本没有入住，酒店方也没有与我联系未到店原因，昨日航班，到店后订单不可以修改，十分气愤。

地理位置不错，但是服务真心不咋样。因为我在艺龙订的房，前台各种搞错：说送的欢迎水果，要电话催才送来；明明定的双早，搞了几次才搞清楚；送的欢迎饮料，明明双人入住只送了一杯。健身房和泳池还是不错的。

酒店很好，不过这次入住很不愉快，提前一天17号用信用卡担保定好18号酒店房间，同时也预定了19号的房间（用了2个订单预定的）。本来飞机是18号下午18点左右到深圳，不过因为飞机晚点推迟到23:30才到酒店。18点左右的时候特意打电话给艺龙要求保留房间，也得到艺龙确认已经担保的订单是到不到都会留房间的。不到也留，费用也会自动担保金中扣除。结果晚上快23:30到酒店被告知房间在21点和艺龙确认时后收到艺龙传真已经取消，而本人未收到任何提示。和艺龙联系艺龙解释是酒店单方面取消的订单。最后没有办法入住，艺龙在附近（深圳粤海酒店）重新给定了酒店。第二天又去本酒店办理了19号的入住。我想问下，如果当天飞机最后取消而没有赶到酒店，有人会通知我酒店已经取消吗？还是直接按我未入住保留酒店房间而扣除我担保金？最后要求艺龙调查原因给我回复结果到现在也没有消息？消费者权益艺龙如何保障？
