床不好，中间感觉有点凹进去的样子，而且床垫太软了，一起床腰酸背痛，还睡到落枕了。但是酒店人员的服务态度很好。

这个酒店真是太棒了，我预定前看了一下评论，尤其是差评，看了后还有点犹豫要不要定，但因为离亲戚家近，抱着试试看的心态，没想到给了我一个大大的惊喜，我订的是高级大床房，前台免费给我升级了豪华大床房，从36平米升到47平米，里面的环境非常好，前台的服务态度也非常棒，我家孩子都不愿意离开了，因为定好了下一个城市的酒店，是不能退的，不然真的想再住一个晚上，不过以后有机会去深圳一定会再去住的

酒店没得说，就是艺龙网比较垃圾，我有事要先走，酒店同意的退房，酒店假借酒店不同意不给退，去广州不会用这个渠道定酒店了
