来坪山如果要住豪华酒店，住格兰云天就对了！
啊啊啊真的特别棒，每一位员工服务态度都特别好，基本上是事无钜细的那种！
首先点名表扬张雅佩小姐姐，金学新小哥哥，入住全程跟进我们所有事情，特别仔细！
然后酒店房间 户外 大堂，环境衞生都超不错，很敞亮~~
总之真的很不错啦！！！ 亲子房的床单是绿色的，看着特别舒服，对眼睛很好~~
自助早餐和晚餐也超ok！！！

今次第三次入住坪山格兰云天酒店了同上二次一样房间很乾净落地玻璃窗和露台。今次最主要是过来渡假游下水和享受下蒸气浴。泳池很乾净水温恰当。早餐和自助晚餐丰富甜品劲多。真心推介性价比很高五星酒店。

Nice hotel, but it was difficult to find any food during the daytime. Half of the room service menu was also not available. The gym is well-equipped.

The hotel stay was good, except for the arbitrary rule of requiring swim caps to use the swimming pool. We only ended up using it only one time on our first day during our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and priced reasonably.

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Congratulations and thank you indeed.
