虽有点年份，但真心夸夸服务，机场式周到服务，温馨入住小礼品，机器人送服务，随喊随应。干净卫生放心。位置优越，在深南大道口子，对面就是招商银行大厦，还有东海缤纷商场，吃的买的玩的应有尽有。地铁走路大概就三分钟，旁边就是公交站。总之，满意的一次预定。

环境服务非常好，小机器人鹏鹏 很有意思，自己坐电梯跑到20层送矿泉水，然后自己离开坐电梯去九层送东西，还会打电话叫开门

酒店服务态度很赞，卫生也不错，机器人服务员很吸引小朋友。从迎宾到前台到机场穿梭巴士的员工全部都很礼貌，早上到了机场后，有位叫袁宾的大哥还带着我们到了南航的柜台才走。下次还会入住。
