作为喜来登旗下的酒店做成这样还是比较失望的，房间老旧有异味，厕所还是十年前浴缸淋浴一体设计，非常不方便容易打滑，送外卖的机器人只有一个也协调不好，如果太忙了可以提前和客人沟通下来取而不是让我白白等半个小时给，打电话给前台，前台説还要等二十分钟

这一分是给那个酒店前台来自东北的肥阿姨，酒店居然带喜来登这个名字了，那服务态度是最基本的吧？4月15号凌晨大概12点的时候，我朋友来找我，被要求到前台登记，那OK，我就跟着下去了，都不要说高档酒店，你作为普通酒店的前台服务，登记的时候你就好好说话嘛，我们也不是不配合，态度差的要死，填表的时候我们不知道怎么填，问多两句就开始不耐烦，还怼我们，说难听点去政府部门求人办事，都没遇到这么差的态度，我实在搞不明白，作为带 喜来登这个名字的酒店为啥前台服务人员 外观 服务态度各方面如此不合格的，差评我就摆在这了，如果觉得我夸大，随时可以打电话联系我，当时发生什么什么时候发生的，我都可以说的清清楚楚，本来当时都觉得膈应，现在越想越难受，花几百块钱住个酒店还被怼，真的是离谱他妈给离谱开门，离谱到家了
