设施是真的没得说的。我是第一次遇到国内酒店要求下午2点以后入住的。而且打扫好了房间也不通知，让客人自己去前台等。但是客房服务又特别好。就问了一句有没有宝宝床，立刻送来宝宝浴衣，沐浴露等等。

深圳四季酒店，非常差的入住体验。我跟我朋友一起办理入住，我的是甄选豪华房19层前台强调是他们这最好的大床3200多，我朋友11层他普通大床房1600，好奇的对比了一下竟然房间面积设施完全一样。马桶流水响了一宿，早餐品种少得可怜。
