We love the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and the Daily housekeeping is excellent!! They even kept and return the power bank which we accidentally left behind. Delivery food is sent to our room by a robot, human staff are all approachable and helpful. Only gripe is the traffic outside the hotel is a bit chaotic and dangerous (maybe for foreigners like us).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be more convenient — with countless eateries and shopping options literally right next door, it made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Whether I wanted a quick bite or a full shopping spree, everything was just steps away.
The hotel itself felt very welcoming and secure, thanks to the 24-hour doorman and concierge service. Knowing there was always someone available to greet and assist gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The concierge team was attentive and helpful, always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed.
Overall, this hotel combines unbeatable convenience with excellent service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime location.

Apartment was spacious and clean, had all necessary amenities and washing/dryer machine which is really convenient for longer stays. Location was great, next to malls with plenty of food around. Kids also got their own cute amenities kit

这是我第二次来这个酒店了，第一次是和我的妻子刚刚认识，第一次来这里庆祝生日，现在再回来，又是庆祝生日，感觉一点都没有变，房间的质素依然非常高，服务也很好，在天台的泳池看日落，真的让我们过了一个10分愉快的生日 。

Нам понравилось все. Фото номера полностью соответствуют фото на сайте. Потрясающая кровать, подушки, одеяло, полотенца. В номере есть все - тапочки, халаты, гигиенические принадлежности, хорошие гели и шампуни. Завтраки нас устроили, яйца, фрукты, овощи, выпечка, свежевыжатый соки, кофе. Ну конечно вишенка на торте - это бассейн. Он прекрасен! Без подогрева. Есть небольшая сауна и такой же не большой тренажерный зал. Персонал очень приветливый, порадовало быстрое заселение

H?tel bien situé et piscine superbe. Chambre confortable surtout les suites.
Choses moins bien : le personnel n’est pas bilingue, le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Quand vous arrivez les bagagistes sont sur leur téléphones et ne vous aident pas à prendre vos valises ! Et autre souci les odeurs dans la chambre ! Je l’ai fait remarquer à la personne que j’ai vu le 1er soir dans la chambre mais il n’en a rien eu à faire ! Et après j’avais réservé pour une famille dans une suite donc 3 personnes au total et en arrivant ils ont voulu me facturer le lit à mettre dans le salon alors que j’avais bien réservé pour 3 ! Ils nous ont fait cela a 23h en arrivant ! Et donc après 2h d’attente on a enfin eu un lit d’appoint installé pour notre fils ! Donc couche 1h du matin !!! Ensuite était offert une séance de golf et aussi une séance de cinéma mais à chaque fois à l’accueil ils trouvaient une excuse pour ne pas l’utiliser ! Donc le service est déplorable ! Bref c’est dommage car l’emplacement est top et la piscine avec sa vue aussi mais ce n’est pas suffisant !

酒店地理位置优越， 到地铁站大约五分钟 ，附近食肆有很多选择， 房间很大而且乾净卫生， 光线亦很充足， 外卖机械人送上来很快。 如果早餐种类再多一点 会更好。 个人比较喜欢吃西餐，面包选择略嫌少选择。
