设施可以，服务无敌恶劣！餐饮部经理suki Kong真牛逼，一副老K脸，对客人不礼貌！欠你200万吗？服务性行业没有基本的礼仪微笑吗？说话也不客气。进大堂也没人接待，拿行李什么的。反正跟别的国际酒店服务，真的天差地别，别保任何期待了，除了泳池外，其他一无是处。网红酒店终究是网红酒店，服务太垃圾了！

非常愉快的一次入住体验。我中秋预订的酒店，国庆看有降价优惠，管家小耳朵帮我争取了反返差价，非常谢谢。酒店真的太赞了，冲着泳池过来，现在已经有点冷了，大家下水准备好浴帽哦。前台帮我升级了房间，大了很多，前台，保安，救生员都很有礼貌，每次出入都会打招呼，走的时候保安还目送我们，示意点头。真的很不错。很值得入住。

住在7楼，与花园在一层。很舒适的公寓，带烘干的洗衣机很棒，楼顶的泳池很赞，就是小了点，很浅

已经是第二次来入住，值得推荐，环境很不错，酒店的服务也很到位，这次预定房型错了，前台很热情的帮我换了，下次出差还会考虑，也会推荐给身边的朋友！
