是次入住豪華閣客房，一到酒店，禮賓部同事一得知，立即送我們搭電梯往37樓check in, 不用在大堂等
check in 程序十分快，我們是可任意在lounge 享受finger snacks, 飲料，服務人員個個服務周到
一進房跟照片上一樣，建議房間可增加自動空氣清新噴霧令整體感覺更好。紅酒跟水果都是免費的
酒店還有專人幫我們慶祝生日，又送紅酒，生日卡
自助晚餐跟早餐可以說是深圳最高質
