很感谢前台到这位接待员Yimon 真的很细心 每次房间都直接帮我提前做好安排好我想要的房间 在此之前的一周我当天想订房 就找了她
结果当天房间已经全满 而且已经超额预定了 但她依然不停打电话 问询预订部是否有退房 我从早上8点开始吵醒她 一直到下午一点还一直帮我跟进
是因为我特别想住这里的房间 后来实在没有办法 征询了我的意见之后还特地帮我问了其它酒店 推荐了一家特别不错的酒店 最好我也住上了 非常感谢她

环境条件都非常好 客房部很细心 前台的接待员很可爱 前台的Yimon Kristy Kevin 感谢他们这么热情 接待服务 礼宾员很细心
大堂副理很负责任 直接到店入住很方便 中餐西餐 日本料理都有 每次都住这家酒店 价格还算合理 这是住了几次之后才来评价 推荐入住
