环境一流，服务很好，刚好需要五号电池，酒店现办法免费提供，卫生清洁很好，服务员刘梅还细心添加矿泉水，很好的感受！

房间格局不错，也很干净。服务员态度很好，虽然价格不低，但在五星级酒店里面还算不错。同时配套设施很不错，二楼有西餐厅、中餐厅、日料。交通也还可以，从机场打车过来，大部分都是高速，虽然远点，但在观澜还是不错的选择。
