前台入住管理异常混乱。虽然客人很多，但是员工1）不维持秩序，2）错误的让客人排对，3）一个银行团的十来个人在队里走来走去。
花了25分钟终于在下午1点半办好了入住，前台说要3以后才能拿入房卡。我问了前台那我退房时能否延迟，穿黑制服的前台说不能延迟，这是酒店政策。
另外补充一下，大堂包括经理在内，至少有三位白衣黑裙女员工与三位黑西服男员工站在那里不做任何维持秩序或提升效率的事情。
我上周来住了两天，整体感觉不错，这次才又过来住。今天的服务状态让人无法接收。我带着两个孩子，一个七岁一个不到三岁。当很多新入住的拎着箱子进电梯入住，而我要再等一个半小时。而此时已经下午一点半了，前台黑西装女性工作人员建议我可以先去吃午饭！！！对于这种态度与思路，我真的无语。。

门口修路，进出车困难。岗厦北地铁站不方便。岗厦地铁站就更远很多。楼下的餐饮少，附近没便利店。游泳池有一部分在维修。早餐蛋饼做的基本是生的，早餐味道比较差。除以上之外，房间大，床好，服务好，免费停车，八点后大堂蛋糕五折，健身房蛮好，露天城市游泳池感觉很酷。
