位置比较好，离商务或出游都比较方便。服务还可以，基本都微笑服务，但总感觉前台员工不够，最少的时候只有一个人对付三四个人。房间设施都很时尚，格局还可以，床上物品都很整洁。

首先说订房的问题：在手机App支付以后到收到短信确认也就一分钟，到酒店、前台说没有接到订房通知，而且酒店已经满房。然后我跟网站客服联系（从我到酒店到跟网站客服联系完大概40分钟）最后网站客服回复不确定能订到房，我协商准备换酒店，然后出门坐车到了另一个酒店，到另一个酒店刚要付款的时候接到网站客服电话：说房间已经确认（但我这边已经换了酒店，网站客服又不同意我把之前酒店退掉）无奈只能又回到这里，到了前台又折腾了20分钟，前台说在酒店另一个系统才找到预定信息，真***狗血。注：此过程从晚上23:00折腾到00:30。1酒店整个接待有问题，之前既然说了没房间提供给客人，为什么到最后还是提供出了房间，而且我在反复跟前台确认了是否有没有房间之后我才选择离开（前台很肯定跟我说整个酒店一间房都没用，只有总统套房）这之后我才走的。2网站整体流程有很大问题，其实在这个酒店之前我已经跑了几个付了款但是到前台都不能确认的酒店，这是第三家。为什么在网上即时就可以确认的房间而且收了费还不能入住，这是快凌晨的时间能不能体会客人的心情，而且客服人员不熟悉流程导致等了一个半小时。来来回回发生的费用就不说了，时间谁陪
