在艺龙下了订单不久就有陌生号码和我联系交代我不得泄露信息，让我冒充sap公司的员工去前台登记，前台接待后不认，说预订部没有接到通知要按全价收我房费，我在艺龙已经预付了全部房费了，还要再交。艺龙你是街边拉皮条的网站吗？这么损信誉的你也做。

小孩子玩的很开心，泳池沙滩算是一个大亮点，早餐很丰富，没有小孩推车借有点遗憾，洲际一如既往，只有更好没有最好，五星好评！

由于五一假期人太多，不仅check in的时候排好长的队，等了好久，然后排到我的时候还不能给房卡，卫生没做好，还要等40分钟才能拿房卡，一直在等等等……然后BB床也没有了，都订出去了，节假日就是这么的悲催！IHG会员可以送两张饮料券，我们就去大堂吧边喝咖啡边等好了。这次是第二次入住，带宝宝。房间大、阳台大，洗手间也很大，泡澡很爽！房间有送的水果，瓶装水喝完再向他们要。室外游泳池的沙滩很小，我们去的时候已经人满为患，水温很凉，果断换到室内游泳池去玩。室内泳池的温度刚好，又配有桑拿房和热水池，泡泡热水再去干蒸湿蒸一下很舒服。早餐的选择还算多，我们都吃撑了。建议节假日早上九点之前去吃早餐，不然九点后就要排队等位。总体来说服务还是挺棒的，有求必应！就是节假日人太多，体验没有第一次入住时好！
