最差的一次订房体验。同程上显示立即确认订单，并且在我白金客户的情况下，订单确认用了半个多小时。还是我亲自打客服电话去催促客服。很失望，既然持续在同程上消费，希望同程能认真对待忠实用户，并做好差异化服务

首次入住·JW万豪·
大堂门童非常积极帮拿行李，前台·Peter·非常耐心的帮我办理check in，之后在28楼行政走廊吃着等房·wonderful~晚上的Happy Hour非常不错~
·房间·舒适，奢华·新酒店一切都那么好，套房景色更是绝佳，配备自动马桶，音响BOSE音乐体验一流·浴衣很舒服，鞋子也是下重本了·沐浴洗漱用品非常好用~
服务人员都非常有礼貌·
灯光柔和温馨·总体来说JW万豪还是比一般万豪要好·
