各方面都好，唯一也是最重要的是床上用品，床单和被套的布料不好，硬，一动沙沙的响，不柔软又不舒服，棉被太厚，盖着太热，不盖太冷，枕头也不合适，用一个太低，两个又太高，试问一个这么好，投资这么大的酒店，怎么在这点上面做的如此之差呢？做好细节吧！建议换掉床上用品，不然我永远不会去你店住宿了。
