Big and spacious room. Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay there as it was very comfortable and clean.
It was fairly easy to get affordable food and amenities near the area even though it is quieter than the other busier places.

因为男朋友生日，事前透过email跟他们联络安排晚餐room service，回覆得很快，也非常用心，感觉已经很不错。到步之后，房间有布置得很好，各样也很整洁舒适。一居室套房跟一间公寓真的没什么区别了，很新很乾净的开放式厨房，厨具和设备应有尽有。客厅也很宽敞，睡房很舒适，还有个衣帽间，洗手间也很明亮舒服。早餐也很不错，可以自定all day breakfast下单。健身室也有不少设施使用。我们的订单包括了行政酒廊礼遇，有好吃的下午茶，晚上也有免费的美酒和小吃。特别感谢Front of House Manager Chloe的事前安排，退房后也有跟进我的意见，另外就是负责Catering的Manager Jessica，无论是room service和早餐都是很细心的协助。

住过很多次，服务意识大不如从前，很多更新迭代的没有去升级，早在之前这是如此之娇娇，现在却停在原地踏步，现在很多快捷酒店的服务配套都非常好，建议集思广益多学习才能进步保持荣耀。

位置于南油西站非常棒的G公寓EXCELLENT 服务全包埸。G residence 位置非常好楼下有永新??商场多嘢食远少少RAFFLES CITY Mall HUGE。 Club lounge NICE。 Gallery Lounge afternoon tea and evening cocktail 又包埸 super。 高楼层的景观相当好CHILL.
套房非常大床有2米楼底高，有齐厨房用品全部有品牌连刀套装也是孖人牌。公寓有Playground ，table tennis ，swimming pool Gym nice. 酒店送上G Hotel signature teddy bear and 超精致的果盘THANKS. BONJOUR 早餐非常好还有单点项目可供选择。THX G 公寓式酒店。下次见！

A wonderful place to stay in SZ. Right next to the station and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us with getting around when we couldn’t read Chinese. The rooms were huge, spacious and even had a walk in closet. TV was fantastic with english channels. The room came with executive lounge access which included afternoon tea and breakfast, it was a delight! Fabulous staycation! .

房间宽敞明亮，附近是着名的南油服装城，喜欢的可以去逛逛。周围有很多餐厅选择。
但最大的亮点是服务贴心，体现在各个部门，无论是前台还是餐饮还是会议室使用，都能站在客人需求，尽量满足。特别是假期前夕由于车票购买困难而需延迟退房等待，前台体贴许可了，大大加分

订的3个房间的套房，出乎意料的大，每个房间都有洗手间，还有大客厅，大厨房，很适合几家人一起住
位置的话门口有地铁，应该还算方便。
