中菜厅佳肴美满，比其他5星级酒店还很满意，

酒店地理位置很好，位于福田中心区，能够俯瞰CBD！设施和环境都是五星级中很出色的！酒店人员都非常专业，服务态度特别好，行政酒廊负责接待的Mandy和Erick工作能力出色，无微不至！非常推荐选择这家酒店！

服务不错，从入住开始就有人帮忙拿行李。房间整体设施好，是比较老钱风格，特别是衞生间整套的蒂普提克洗护产品的味道很好闻。行政酒廊非常值得，城市风景很棒，很适合远眺放空，从中午开始就有酒水提供，对于爱喝酒的朋友友好，甜点挺美味的。尤其要夸一夸Mandy的服务，特别热情，很加分，下次有机会会再来体验一下新房间。

Omg, the service is outstanding!!! Every staff that I came contacted with were amazingl. Everyone were very friendly, warm welcoming and very very helpful. The location is great, right next to the Crowne Palaza. The room was big and has great view. The view from the bath tub is next level. I loved everything about this hotel, great details, well trained staff, they all could speak English with my son which is amazing. Thank you for the great experience, we should return ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

第一次入住就被彻底圈粉！抵达前前台小姐姐就有打电话询问房间喜好，主动升级了合适的房型，这真的让我很惊喜，是很贴心的举动！每个遇见的工作人员都会微笑问好，这种被真诚关怀的感觉太治癒了。所有小惊喜都恰到好处。已经推荐给朋友，下次来这个城市一定会再选这里！

入住行政房可以足不出户一直在行政楼层吃下午茶，喝喝酒，对着深圳会展夜景吃晚饭，接待我们的是一个帅男生，和一个可爱的Eva小妹妹，他们2个的服务态度非常好，在行政楼层的人都会有笑容，对比在大堂的迎宾姐姐们，简直是差天共地
