到店比较晚，酒店前台帮我升级了房间，服务态度很好房间干净景观很美

性价比很高，很晚抵达，安排了50楼，可以俯瞰深圳河，能看到对面香港的落马洲。卧室很宽敞。双洗手台，干湿全功能分区。酒店分吸烟和无烟两个区域，吸烟房全部位于西侧，非吸烟房位于东侧。全景房可以看到正东和东南向。厨房实施齐全。
电梯不太方便，到26楼办理入住后要回到1楼换乘另一套电梯，然后刷卡，电梯在门两侧有两组按键和刷卡器，一个能刷一个不能刷，要注意试验。
体验完美，床也很舒适。软但不累！没味道，很干净！

The service level is not a five star at all. Lack of staffs, not friendly.. Also, I need to wait til 3 pm even thought the official checkin time is 2pm. Hotel amenities are not of high quality.

因為工作行程有變化，提早了前一天凌晨到；雖然沒有原本訂的房間只有套房....但是前台很幫忙的讓後面兩天也自動升級套房讓我不用換房間😊 來福田就是V Hotel啦！晚上還遇到了Martell的泳池派對呢！
