事发2018年7月4日，三点到了酒店，居然进不了房，前台告诉我房间卫生没做好，而且第二天退房只能延迟到两点，懒得和前台争论，房间没做出来不是顾客的问题啊，我是2018年7月3日订房交钱的，酒店给我感觉就是很强势，一切都是他们说了算。我人现在还坐在大堂，前台告诉我四点半才能进房，送了一杯咖啡给我。
