住的28楼，第一，前台服务就很机械，根本谈不上热情跟专业，全程没笑容，冷冰冰，服务员也不会主动帮客人按电梯；第二，房间的空调效果奇差，房间一点都不凉快，喊了服务员过来查看，催办天才上来，后来实在不行就准备换房间，发现所有房间都一样，空调效果差的不行，一般星级酒店空调都是一直开启，这个居然要插卡才能通电，这就算了，后来又喊了维修师傅过来查看，因为在外面办事，前台敷衍过去，发现维修人员居然根本没有来过，等到晚上10点多只好又叫了一次，就简单的清洗了一下，没用；第三，冰箱消费甚至比香格里拉酒店还贵，可乐35一罐，真心坑；第四，房间的窗帘也是坏的，白色纱帘根本打不开。总之，这是来深圳住过的最差的星级酒店，永远不会再考虑！
