很好的体验，本来和女朋友去深圳吃吃喝喝，订房的时候搞错房型了，结果到酒店很贴心的给升级成了套房😄下次去深圳吃美食还会选这家。

离地铁站三分钟，房间布局合理，有下午茶与快乐时光，但品种很少，下午茶是四种饼干与蛋糕，饮料。酒店服务不到位，我回房间十点半，发现洗脸盆下方漏水，酒店派一个服务员来查看，等了二十分钟，不见维修人员，也未安排好换的双床房间，已快十一点，我实在等不及，到前台去问何时安排好，前台说双床已全部被订完，才派人与我上楼换房。我当时上e龙查看，普通双床、豪华双均有房，太晚了我也不想多去理论，只能说明温德姆的服务意识差，糊弄住客，实在没意思。
