说来话长啊，进去以后发现没有搞好卫生，并且没有餐桌，问服务员，服务员推说我们不需要餐桌，纠缠一段时间才搬了个进来。晚上我们出去吃饭、回来发现窗帘全被拉上了，打电话问服务员，却被很确定的告知不会有服务员进来过，是很确定的不会有。然后我们害怕了，要求退房却说退房不能退钱。然后又打电话来告诉我们是服务员进来做开床服务的，还反问我们，你们没住过酒店吗不知道有这种服务吗？然后我们要求提供视频却在半夜被告知监控看不到人进来过。结果那晚我们早上5点才敢睡觉。第二天也没有服务员再给我们任何答复，直到退房的时候我们投诉了主管才重视，虽然在当天酒店发给我们监控服务员进去的图片，但是，大家懂的，真的是很不愉快的一次住房经理。

位置不错，出行很方便，房间超级大很适合休闲旅行，洗漱用品是欧舒丹的，服务卫生都很不错，推荐！

只要来到天津想到的不是狗不理包子而是想到庆王府公馆。公馆座落在和平区的重庆道，周边餐厅很多，各色美食俱全！街道与公馆内依然那么幽静，饭后去花园散步是绝好的选择！房间设施完善，服务人员工作很是负责、到位。低调的奢华在这里彰显，舒适与享受的感觉从入住到离开一直陪伴你！只要去天津住酒店庆王府公馆是唯一的选择！

第一次去，总体感觉还可以，推荐多人入住。but可能因为去太早，厨房大厨还没准备好，早餐实在不敢恭维。退房晚了1会儿，多收半天房费，如果能稍微便宜点就好了啦。

别墅很好，器具和用品都很有档次，原本订了二居室再加床，入住时给我们升级到了三居室，很惊喜！酒店的服务也很好，早餐可以送到房间来！非常满意！
