作为文化主题的会馆，庆王府的出现，弥补了天津的一个空白。
优点：1.联排，匹配庆王府，风格一致，典雅舒适。在市中心，闹中取静，怡然自得。
2.硬件还可以，餐饮还可以。短住是不错的。
弱点：1.红酒室还不够档次，感觉和整体会馆的定位还不匹配，需要大大增强。
2.应该组建车队，没有车队服务，是个缺陷。
3.一线员工的服务意识和水平还需要强化。

各方面硬件都很不错，客房服务的阿姨也很细致，一入住就过来开夜窗了。早餐也很好吃，餐厅的服务员也很周到。稍显前台的服务缺乏真诚。

很有意境的酒店，感觉回到民国时期。别墅面积很大，一楼客厅，厨房，二楼两间卧室，三楼麻将室健身房，适合一大家子人休闲度假。服务很到位，有点管家式服务的意思。只是早餐不是自助，可选种类有点少。另外值得一提的是露天酒吧，可以自己点歌，喝点小酒，看看星星，十分惬意。
