  带孩子来玩的，前台liam很贴心，看见有带小孩帮我们升级了高楼层房间还送了小童的洗漱用品，房间整体不错很大很舒适，早餐也是中西合璧很合胃口，下次来无锡还会入住这家酒店

  这次入住体验超棒！万经理和付经理服务热情周到，房间乾净整洁，床品舒适。早餐品种丰富，地理位置便利，周边吃饭购物都很方便，有大型商超，还有山姆。距离无锡各个景点也不是很远，驾车20分钟都能到达。酒店对面就是无锡博览中心，经常有展会，性价比很高，对于差旅和游玩的客人都很友好，下次还会选择这里！

  出差入住这家酒店，一进门印入眼帘的就是一个大大的圣诞树，大堂还有其他很多的圣诞装饰。办理入住的前台服务人员Nora，态度友好，安排的房间打扫的也很乾净，体验感还是可以的，比较推荐

  本次入住期间，前台员工Nina的专业服务给我留下了极为深刻的印象。办理入住手续时，她流程熟练高效，同时细致地讲解了房间各项设施的使用方法，以及酒店周边的交通、餐饮和游玩攻略，实用性极强。被前台Nina的服务暖到了！待人特别亲切，沟通起来让人感觉很舒服，不管是谘询问题还是寻求帮助，她都特别有耐心，全程没有一点不耐烦，细节里全是用心，真的太加分了，服务态度好到没话説，下次来肯定还选这家

  周末带家人来周边游玩入住的这家酒店，大堂宽敞明亮，一楼有无人超市方便购买不用跑到外面去，外卖也可以用机器人送到房间，前台Nora挺好的，服务可以，房间打扫的乾净整洁，整体感觉还是很舒适的
