  因为前面的客人延迟退房，前台值班经理主动给升级了套房，还赠送了果篮点心，想额外要点饮用水和牛奶也都很好满足了，工作人员都很nice，无论是前台还是餐厅还是温泉，都很热情。父母住的很满意，下次和家人来尝试下别墅也不错

  饱览一路上去酒店的风景，真的太美。酒店的各种娱乐设施都有体验，但没有都拍照体现，不过丝毫不影响体验！

  因为疫情只能在无锡玩玩，入住的客人并不多，但是各种设施仍然照常开放，服务丝毫不含糊。酒店特地为我们升级了房间，真的好大，孩子真的好喜欢！有机会还要带着家人朋友一起来！
