  整体环境绝对优美，依山傍水，树木葱郁。九点设施齐全，格局大气。可能受大环境影响，生意难做，内外细节有待加强，精致度不够，学习榜样，杭州西湖山庄大酒店。

  我们是春节期间住的酒店，作为亲子酒店，设施齐全，游乐园、儿童泳池够小朋友玩一整天。房间布局非常友好，玩具爬爬垫卡通床品一应俱全。总体感觉不错。风景最好的地方要数浴室了，大浴缸就在落地窗旁边，一边泡澡一边欣赏窗外的湖景，晚上偶尔还可以看到窗外放烟花??。上海禁放烟花好多年，到了无锡还能感觉到浓浓的春节氛围。我们大年三十下午到的，人很多，排队入住等了很久，不过酒店别出心裁地准备了电动小车，小朋友可以在大厅开开小车，老人在船型的休息区拍拍照片。附近的灵山大佛和拈花湾景区也不远，开车去十几分钟就到了。

  首先对于1339元所谓高级湖景房，真是无语，进入房间，浴室跟洗手间分开的，但是浴室只有一个淋浴和浴缸，请问洗好澡换洗衣服放哪？再亲近的人洗完澡总亏换洗好出来，难道你让人裸着出来换洗吗？还有吃晚饭，所谓中餐厅不知道好评怎么来的，服务员少也就算了，等座等了将近15分钟没个人过来点菜，催了几次来了个什么都不懂的，问他菜品，不知道，饮料酒水有什么，不知道，什么都不知道，不愉快的晚餐体验。最后，酒店有游泳池，带着孩子去游泳，整个泳池就提供一个孩子游泳圈，而且是个坏的，问里面看管人员穿红色衣服的，在打电话不耐烦的说，没有就这个，于是我去前台问，前台也说没有，我再三要求下前台去库房帮我找了个新的出来，最无语的是游泳池几乎是冷水，而不是所谓恒温水，这种环境设施无语到极点，不会再光顾
