  设施：整体房间都还可以，空调应该是不能单独调整的 冷热水调节不太方便，好不容易调好了，几秒后又忽冷忽热 衞生：还可以 环境：挺不错的，旁边是马路，夜深还是能听到车流声 服务：服务很好，提前二十多天订的酒店??准备了小床。当天我们很晚入住，工作人员就提早主动把小床放进房间了。 似乎每楼层都有一个保洁阿姨，见到都会打招呼

  房间乾净整洁，装修雅致，大落地窗湖景位置特别正。设施完善，淋浴水流很急，洗漱很舒服。早餐品种很多，哪怕去得比较晚，选择还很多，基本都有及时补充。唯一的小缺点就是隔音没有那么好。

  酒店地理位置十分优越，步行至蠡湖之光只有一公里的距离。此次特意去无锡看红嘴鸥，该酒店绝对是最佳的选择。酒店乾净衞生很有性价比。管家热情周到，得知房间有点热，还帮我们升级到了套房，真的非常意外惊喜！酒店的早餐也不错，各种点心很对我们的胃口。下次去无锡还选择这家酒店。
