门口的保安姐姐很认真负责 协助客人上车 前台玉婷服务周到 刚入住时反馈的抽纸和洗手池下水问题得到妥善处理 总体很赞 再来无锡还会选择这里

刚进入酒店并没有工作人员帮忙拿行李 一开始也没有工作人员引导我们去客梯 导致迷路 后来询问了服务台的工作人员 给我们带了路 但是办理入住还是很快 很顺利的 后来酒店还另外送了欢迎水果 因为带了一个小朋友 所以问酒店要了好几次矿泉水 半夜小朋友还在卫生间呕吐了 酒店工作人员半夜也及时来打扫了 酒店的早餐也还不错 品种也算丰富 东西也都很充足 就是儿童乐园 晚上好像关门很早 18:30 过去就关门了 酒店比较安静 湖景房风景很不错 知道有小朋友 还特地送了 儿童牙刷 酒店房间还准备了儿童拖鞋 蛮贴心的！
