  #Great location Excellent location , Wuxi City center Close to Wuxi railway station ( 1.5kms) Next to subway station with lots of malls and shopping area and restaurants around Perfect for family holiday Rooms were neat and clean Good breakfast with lots of options Friendly staff with good helpful attitude Also helped us to heat some food This was my second staff Would love to stay again in Same hotel Highly recommended

  每天打扫房间，衞生间清洁无味，酒店身在闹市中，但在房间里无噪音。有多条大交通，地铁四通八达，叫车也很快捷方便。

  前台态度超级差，打电话谘询个问题像欠她500万一样，也不解决问题。。。退房的时候也是，还有20分钟来催退房，感受不到尊重，只有语气中想赶紧赶你走的态度，感觉面对面一定会翻你一个白眼的那种，两次听起来都是一个不太年轻的中年女人声音，碰到这种真的很生气，从来没有遇见过这种人

  确实像很多人説的，设施比较老，但是我还是给了5分。理由如下：1.位置超级好，周围很热闹，无锡最繁华的一条街，吃的非常多，跨年门前大马路临时交通管制，能在酒店看街上放气球；2.性价比无敌，元旦也没涨价，大床不到300，要啥自行车？3.房间内比较乾净，反正我住的18楼挺好的，打扫得挺乾净的；4.前台接待热情，会主动提醒一些主意事项，比如停车啥的。然后注意事项：二室一厅B只有一个洗手间，如果是几个朋友一起出门不推荐，有点不方便，一家人可以，而且房间配了微波炉，吃东西简单加热很方便。大床房中规中矩，不过性价比是真的高，下次去还会选择住这里。配一张在电梯拍的街道吧，满街都是红气球。跨年氛围超好。

  酒店地处无锡市中心，房间乾净整洁，每天打扫，服务态度很好，酒店周围购物，就餐啇家比比皆是，公交，地铁出行非常方便，是旅游，出差理想酒店。
