  酒店总体是不错的，我们十一点到准备拿雪世界的票，竟然已经可以入住了，大概因为人不多，早早的check in很棒～住的行政湖景大床房，后来才知道和豪华湖景大床房是一样的房型，是楼层高还有行政服务等，不过楼层高，风景真的很棒，阳台看风景绝了，古色古香的，前台一开始没告知我们有行政服务，问了才知道，后来处理的很好，吃的很多很多。 酒店离融创茂很近，走走五分钟吧，只是雪世界真的很无聊，太不推荐了。所以我们基本都是在酒店玩耍，泳池就是包场的节奏，很舒适的一次旅行。

  离市区有15公里，有点远，3个酒店在一起，外面是一个大的人工湖，对面是融创茂和太湖秀场，环境好。房间较大，有阳台，房间的柜子有点少，电脑椅没有。前台有点慢，早餐应该更丰富。

  早餐品种不少但是人太多了，可能是国庆黄金周的缘故。装修风格属于新中式，大厅和房间、其他布局风格一直，图案互相吻合，房间有个小阳台，花园的绿化养护欠佳，离融创乐园、水世界、海世界、雪世界都很近，从后花园走过去更省力。和隔壁的酒店一个集团，连大厅都很相似。

  带孩子来融创乐园玩，选择了嘉华酒店，离乐园和大型商城融创茂很近，酒店有班车，也可以走着去。酒店环境不错，小孩游乐场，游泳池都体验了，设施都比较新。特别要感谢客户经理Vivian丁茜，服务热情周到，还特意给我们送上了中秋月饼，给了我们一个惊喜。
