  房间做了免费升级，服务特别好，健身房很大，由于是2024年新开的店，所以顶层游泳池还没有建好，稍微美中不足。 特别要表扬前台的凯文，帮忙我们去停车，还拿着行李车帮我们推到车位旁边，非常的热情，还推荐了隔壁的洲际酒店。很满意！

  元旦第一天预订的，价格没有涨，这点不错，酒店很新，据説去年刚开业的。房间挺大，衞生和床品都没什么问题，但是有马桶不是只能马桶，电视机也不能投屏这两个小缺点。 感谢Jessica和Len为我们退房，Alan退房为我们指引，很好，满意。

  非常棒。入住过英迪格和洲际，都很棒。尤其洲际的服务，太棒了，洲际的徐经理、行政走廊的温经理、小龚、礼宾的小梁，都带给我们特别特别好的体验！房间也很新、很大，设计布局都合理。唯一不足的是早餐餐厅及该餐厅的服务，非常混乱，而且处理问题非常生硬。下次会再来的，但希望早餐厅快点改善服务！

  入住房间乾净敞亮，布局很合心意。返程才发现耳机落在前台，联系值班经理James，他不仅细心收好，还特意拍照片确认，更贴心按地址帮忙邮寄。全程沟通高效又暖心，这种把小事做到极致的用心，真的太戳人了！
