  酒店在阳羡溪山小镇里，风景优美。管家郑丽和前台服务周到，还给我们升级到了套房，很赞！套餐所含的晚餐，口味很棒，还另外送了我们主食，量太大，没吃完。这两天天气很暖，阳光明媚，在小镇里逛着很悠闲，想下次带着父母再来一次！

  这家酒店的设计感非常好！酒店的硬件和软件设施都超级好，停车场接驳师傅热情接待，一路风景怡人，管家热情帮忙拿行李，服务超级贴心，尤其是前厅郑经理，提前联系了我，安排周到，服务专业。房间设施很新，智能马桶，小度语音，全屋地暖，房间里软饮，小零食还有大桶水都是免费的，这次体验整体不错！强烈推荐

  第一次去龙隐西山温泉酒店，整体的环境是度假小镇的设计，酒店呈现了中式园林的特色，一步一景，环境优美。预订了私汤双床房，两个大人带两个孩子，休闲娱乐两不误，郑小姐的一对一服务也很周到，提前安排了接送车，告知了年华电影院的电影安排，108的负责清洁的阿姨也很热心，孩子们一次次的打扰都耐心的给予帮助和服务，我儿子的棉裤在私汤边弄湿了，阿姨还帮我们洗烫烘干好，我们一行非常感动。一楼的儿童乐园，二楼户外的温泉设施也是五星好评，春暖花开的时候，还会带家人朋友去龙隐！

  年前就定好了来这里、疫情原因不能出远门，来度个小蜜月啦，是在朋友推荐下来的，结果到了附近就很满意、周边环境很好，酒店的欢迎水果、设施都让我很满意，应该说是很惊喜。正好下雪周围环境美不胜收、唯一后悔的就是没有带父母一起来享受，还会再来！超级满意

  房间很干净，戴森吹风机，菲拉格慕洗漱用品，北鼎的烧水壶，全屋地暖，智能语音。正宗宜兴菜，服务很贴心，各种细节都兼顾到。精致的园林酒店，犹如住在画中。绝了👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
