服务热情，服务员见面都会问好。床品套件比较舒服。地段较偏。吃饭实在不方便。酒店内餐厅少且贵。有的评论说骑共享单车去鼋头㶆，实际情况骑车完全不可，还远着呢？要骑近一个小时。还是开车或打车过去好，路边有沿湖有停车的地方。

酒店除了位置有点偏，其他都很满意。特别是早餐很好，丰富，美味。能看到湖景的房间也很不错。下次如果再去无锡，还想住那里。
