非假期出行，酒店入住率估计就20%30%。我是一大一小入住，办理入住的入住时，小姐姐给我安排到了最偏僻的房间，并且房间窗户面向外侧并非面向花园，刚到房间就电话询问房间是否满意！随后打开阳台门就无语了，满地的灰尘、死掉的虫子！马上给前台打电话说要换房间，小姐姐二话没说直接给换到了位置好很多的“海景房”！说实话有点无法理解这波操作！
酒店虽然比较设施比较旧了，但是整体还是比较干净的！个人觉得到处的指示不太便利，要去游泳感觉都比较麻烦，需要走很久！户外的温泉池是没有开放的，但是户外游池很好，小朋友很喜欢！白天的一些儿童小活动，老师们也很有耐心！还是挺丰富的！
早餐的话，住了三天基本上都是一样的，品类虽然不多，但毕竟人少，这样已经还是不错了！
总的来说比较满意！

隔音极差，快0点时隔壁嗷嗷叫的声音就开始了，而且现场感极佳😂隔壁说话都听得见，不再住了。

可能受疫情的影响，酒店的客人不多，整体环境就很清净，舒适。酒店的服务超级棒。前台小隋热情似火，感觉自己被宠成了贵宾。
忘了手机充电器在房间，自己还没发现，酒店就已经来信息了。

买得海口到北京的票。入住酒店一晚，有自助早餐，东西丰富，粉汤好吃。可惜北京社区来电，需居家隔离14日。退票损失一千大洋。回陵水的家。过十几天再走。
