非常好 服务人员亲切和蔼 酒店设施不错 离海滩也很近 泳池很棒很干净 客房服务很nice 每天都有送新鲜水果 尤其前台陈璎珞小姐姐 非常贴心 非常细致 房间按了免打扰 送房卡时很耐心的在门外等候 还给我们免费升级了房型 豪华房阳台外面景色十分怡人 住的更舒适了 酒店早餐品种也很丰富 停车也很方便 值得再次入住

香格里拉酒店，还是那么的好，国际品牌，值得信赖，因为出差，我们一行几个人晚上谈完事很晚才到酒店办理入住，得到前台??王燕飞??.肖祖安??两位的热情接待，感谢！！下次继续选择香格里拉??

第一次入住海口香格里拉大酒店，入住时前台服务员专业而热情，到房间发现有个大阳台，外面就是沙滩和大海，走下去散步发现一个大缺点，链接沙滩是一块大木板，大人小孩上下都很不方便，甚至有些危险隐患，希望能改进！

去看演唱会离场馆很近，而且不远处会展中心有摆渡车接送很方便，酒店服务也不错，落了一副耳机，也很快就帮忙找到并寄回了。酒店内部设施稍微有点旧，但卫生条件很好，所以不影响体验。除了用餐不太方便几乎完美～
