酒店非常棒，我们是元旦前入住的，尽管客流量非常大，但是酒店管理非常有序，任何问题都能得到很好的解决。此次老人带着孩子住了十天之久，期间酒店给予了极大的照顾与帮助，非常感谢🙏
另外，酒店的设施非常齐全，儿童乐园有分室内和室外。泳池旁边还有露天温泉，度假休闲首选！

我订了两间房，十月二号二点半到酒店一间等了一小时入住，一间房到六点才给开房，我真的是无语了，这就是五星酒店管理水平。

香格里拉，名不虚传，设施不用说了，服务一级赞，从门童到前台到客房服务人员还有游泳池帅哥们，都没得说。看到同行老人年纪大，很贴心的安排了隔壁房间，非常感谢。
唯一一点美中不足，从电梯出来走到房间的通道，没有空调也不通风，感觉很闷热，只有一次感觉通风了感觉很舒服，希望能保持常态，祝酒店更上一层楼。
