工作人员都很热情，刚到的时候遇到了一些问题，但是都得到了有效的沟通，特别要提到一直在帮忙沟通的服务员小吉，聪慧细心，安排周到。还有房间整理人员，入住后房间都能及时打扫整理的很干净，孩子随手放的衣服也叠放地整整齐齐。酒店设施非常完善，很愉快的一次入住体验。
